USA customers are responsible to ship the item back to us

If your order had shipping costs the original shipping will not refunded

If your order had free shipping applied, the shipping will be withheld if your order after returns is less than the free shipping threshold.

If your order qualified for a promo and no longer qualifies for the original promo after returning the item, you may receive a refund that is adjusted based on the promotion at the time of the original order.

Some items are marked final sale and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.

    • We cover return shipping in Canada, once per order. ( before starting your return or exchange make sure you have checked all the items in your order )
