Sale Terms

Products bought through Heyfolks wholesale program may be sold in the customer's store or website. Products may not be sold through or listed on a third-party (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy)

 

Payment Terms

Full payment due before order shipment

 

Returns & Cancellations

Soft sole orders are final sale.
Voyageur orders may be subject to 10% Restocking fee.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee up to 10%

Heyfolks will support warranty issues as they occur

Shipping

Soft Sole orders: 4 Week lead time
Voyageur orders: 1 Week

Single shipping address per order. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to invoice
