Policy Details
- Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
- Items must be Unworn and in Original Packaging.
- Shipping costs are not refunded on the original order
- We cover return shipping in Canada, once per order ( before starting your return or exchange make sure you have checked all the items in your order )
Final Sale Items
- Some items are marked final sale and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
- Masks, Toques, and Insoles are final sale.
Special Promotions/Sale Pricing
- If your order had free shipping applied, the shipping ($12.95) will be withheld if your order after returns is less than the free shipping threshold.
- If your order qualified for a promo and no longer qualifies for the original promo after returning the item, you may receive a refund that is adjusted based on the promotion at the time of the original order.
*RETURN SHIPPING*
- When shipping your item(s) back to us, please put them back in their original shoe box and mailer bag.
- If you no longer have the mailer bag, you can use a grocery bag or something similar and tape it closed.
- If your order came in a large box and you are only returning a portion of your order, please to do not ship it back in the large box, but rather send the item(s) back in something smaller, like a shopping/grocery bag taped shut. ** This preserves the original shoe box and reduces the environmental impact to ship the item(s) back.
- If you ship your item(s) back in an oversized box, it may be subject to a restocking fee.
- If we receive the item(s) back and they appear dirty, worn or are not in the original package, your order will be subject to a restocking fee.
Products that are returned without an RMA can be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Please start a return request to obtain an RMA before returning any products.
If your return is approved, please send it back as soon as possible. Returns that have not been received within 30 days of the return approval date may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
