Return Policy

Exchanges

PLEASE measure your child's foot according to our sizing chart. If in doubt always go up one size. The elastic will keep soft sole shoes on your child's foot, and they will have room for growth in the toe.

Exchanges are accepted for unused shoes, apparel, and accessories within 30 days from the time you receive your purchase. 

A $5 Restocking fee applies per exchange.

To initiate an exchange you can do one of the following

  • Click the blue chat module on the bottom right and start a return by entering your details.
  • Click the Returns link in your order confirmation email
  • Go to the Returns and exchanges portal

Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges:

  • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded.
  • A pre-paid return label will be provided to send your shoes back to us.
  • Shipping on exchanged shoes will be applied. 

In cases where we are unable to exchange a limited edition product, we will exchange for an item of equal value. Exchanges on custom orders and sale items are not accepted

USA/INTERNATIONAL : Exchanges for customers outside of Canada can not be initiated by us, international exchanges must be sent by the customer using their own postal service, in cases like this shipping costs are not covered by minimoc. 

 

 

Returns

Returns are accepted for unworn shoes, apparel, and accessories within 7 days from the time you receive your purchase. 

To initiate a Return you can do one of the following

    • Click the blue chat module on the bottom right and start a return
    • Click the return link in your order confirmation email
    • Go to the Returns and exchanges portal

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returned pairs of shoes. You will be refunded via your original purchasing method minus the restocking fees.

Shipping Charges for Returns. 

  • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded.
  • A fee equivalent to shipping costs for the customers region will be applied to items being returned that originally qualified for free shipping.
  • A return label will be provided to send your shoes back to us.

Final Sales

Custom Orders, and sale items are Final Sale and Cannot be exchanged or returned.
